Where we ship
We ship to the United States only.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping on most orders: $3.99
- Orders of $50.99 or more ship free, no code needed
- Printed apparel (made to order by our print partner) ships at a weight-based rate shown at checkout
You'll see your exact shipping cost and final total at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Most orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (up to 5 during busy times like the holidays). Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
Delivery time
LiftBound works with partner warehouses in the U.S. and overseas that ship straight to you. That keeps prices low, but it means delivery time depends on the item:
- Items from U.S. warehouses: usually 3 to 7 business days after processing
- Printed apparel (made to order in Los Angeles): 2 to 4 business days to make, then about 5 to 7 business days to arrive
- Items from overseas warehouses: usually 2 to 4 weeks from the day you order
If your order has items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. See Track Your Order for help.
Delays
If your order can't ship within the times above, we'll email you with an updated date and you can cancel for a full refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost, damaged or wrong, email us right away and we'll make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. See our Refund Policy for details.
